Welcome to Gen Z Reiki!

Gen Z Reiki is a gentle, but powerful Holy Fire experience that attunes you to the healing energy of Reiki for your own self-healing.

This training is particularly supportive for empaths, sensitives, and neurodivergent individuals who often take on the energies of others or their environments. This course consists of pre-recorded modules and a one day training where you will be connected with the Holy Fire energy, and learn valuable techniques and energetic hygiene tools.
