I'm a certified breathwork and meditation teacher, an Institute of Integrative Nutrition, Holistic Health Coach, and a Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki Master teacher and ICRT Animal Reiki Master Teacher.

In this video, I explain why I chose to deliver the curriculum in a hybrid model, combining pre-recorded content with live group sessions. This way, you can learn at your own pace and review the material, while also maximizing our time together for the energetic experiences, placements, and practice.
