Reiki Ignition Preparation

Reiki Ignition Preparation

You will receive four ignitions during your training. The ignitions will ignite and unify the Animal Reiki symbol and energy with your existing Reiki Master symbol(s).

Ignitions/placements are a powerful spiritual experience and the most important part of a Reiki class.

The Reiki attunement/ignition can start a cleansing process that can create some physical/emotional detox symptoms. Toxins that have been stored in the body may be released along with feelings and thought patterns that are no longer in alignment with your new energetic frequency.

To prepare for the attunement some people refrain from or limit the following a few days before their training: coffee, meat, highly processed foods, sugar, alcohol, and smoking. This is optional, but may help with the integration of the energy.

Personally I don’t drink coffee/alcohol or smoke, so I didn’t have those in my system prior to my attunements; however, I did eat meat and I’ve definitely consumed some sugar and processed foods (if I’m being honest haha). Just follow your inner guidance and don’t stress about this! You will still receive the energy upgrade regardless of whether or not you choose to eliminate these things.
